The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an inside sales professional in Singapore to engage Telco customers, manage renewals, and promote connectivity plans. The role emphasizes proactive communication, CRM usage, and achieving renewal targets.

You will handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate with customers to secure timely contract renewals while building lasting relationships. Salary includes commission and a clear path for performance rewards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in inside sales, tele-sales or customer service.
• Experience in telecommunications is an advantage.
• Basic computer proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Willingness to learn and use online portals and CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Contact existing Telco customers whose contracts are approaching expiry and advise on renewal options.
• Promote Telco connectivity plans based on customers' business needs and suggest upgrades where appropriate.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and friendly communication; follow up for timely renewals.
