Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Admin Support in Singapore to manage customer communications and renewal processes. The role involves interacting with Telco customers, handling documentation, and supporting sales activities in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with the sales team to recommend renewal options and ensure timely activations, with a focus on building lasting customer relationships and meeting renewal targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in inside sales, tele-sales, customer service or a related field.
• Experience in telecommunications is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and email.
• Comfortable learning and using online portals and CRM systems.
• Comprehensive product, system, and sales process training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing Telco customers whose contracts are approaching expiry.
• Advise customers on their upcoming contract renewal options.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and friendly communication.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely renewal decisions.
