Job summary

Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in IT, CS or related field.
- 3+ years in IT support, desktop support, or systems administration.
- Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID and Intune.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, TCP/IP networking and endpoint management.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, and Intune.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, device enrolment and endpoint policies.
- Install, configure, monitor, maintain and support end-user devices, software and network infrastructure.
- Manage incidents, service requests and tickets through ITSM while meeting SLA targets.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, licenses, service subscriptions and contracts.
- Coordinate with vendors for support, maintenance and procurement activities.
