Job summary

HL BUILDING MATERIALS PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Support professional to deliver level 1 and 2 technical assistance across Singapore, onsite and remote. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues, ensuring minimal downtime.

You will administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune), manage user accounts, and contribute to cyber security awareness and IT best practices within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in IT/CS or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or systems administration.
Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune).
Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Active Directory, TCP/IP networking, and endpoint management.
Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Provide level 1 and level 2 technical support to users across multiple locations onsite and remotely.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues in a timely manner.
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, and Intune.
Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, licenses, service subscriptions, and support contracts.
Coordinate with vendors for support, maintenance, and procurement.
Develop user guides and conduct end-user training.
Promote cybersecurity awareness and IT best practices.
