Job summary

TEMP-TEAM PTE LTD is seeking a high-performing Sales Leader in Singapore to drive new business development and manage key accounts in construction materials and flooring sectors. You will lead, coach and develop the sales team, develop strategies and partnerships with contractors, developers and distributors, and deliver targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction or related discipline.
• Experience in technical sales within flooring systems or building materials.
• Good knowledge of the Singapore construction industry.
• Proven track record in sales, business development and key account management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially driven with good problem-solving skills.
