Job summary

TEMP-TEAM PTE LTD is seeking a Technical Sales Executive to develop new business and drive growth for Flooring Systems in Singapore. Based in Singapore, you will identify opportunities, manage key accounts and promote technical flooring solutions to contractors, developers and distributors.

You will build relationships, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets while staying proactive in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering, construction, building materials, business or related discipline.
• Experience in flooring industry required.
• Experience in technical sales, project sales or business development.
• Good understanding of construction industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, sales-driven and capable of developing new business.
• Able to work independently and manage customer accounts.
• Car ownership preferred.
