Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Sales Leader in Singapore to drive technical sales and business development across construction chemicals and building materials. You will develop strategies, lead a team, and build key client relationships.

You will manage accounts, coordinate with marketing, operations, and R&D to deliver technically sound, commercially viable solutions while achieving revenue targets. Possess own vehicle and Singaporean nationality required.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Construction, Building Materials, Business, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in technical sales, construction chemicals, flooring systems, building materials, or related industries.
• Possess own vehicle.
• Only Singaporean May Apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic technical sales and business development plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and sustainable growth targets.
• Identify, develop, and secure new customers, projects, applications, market segments, and business opportunities across Singapore.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, applicators, distributors, and key industry decision-makers.
• Deliver technical sales solutions through product presentations, demonstrations, field trials, technical specifications, troubleshooting, and value-driven recommendations tailored to customer requirements.
• Manage key accounts, strategic projects, distributors, and sales channels to strengthen customer retention, expand business opportunities, and increase market share.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and evolving customer needs to identify growth opportunities and support commercial decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Technical, Operations, Finance, Quality, R&D, and Service teams to develop and deliver effective, commercially viable customer solutions.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team through structured training, field coaching, target setting, pipeline management, performance monitoring, and regular performance reviews.
• Foster a high-performance culture centered on customer focus, accountability, teamwork, professionalism, continuous improvement, and integrity.
