Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive Flooring Solutions growth in Singapore. This hands-on role blends technical sales, business development, project management and customer relationship management.

You will develop new opportunities, manage key accounts, coordinate with internal teams and lead quotations, site visits and technical discussions with contractors, developers and architects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building, Construction, Business or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, construction materials, flooring or related industry.
• Understand construction projects and B2B sales processes.
• Experience in business development, account management or technical sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development for Flooring Solutions in Singapore.
• Build relationships with contractors, developers, architects and flooring applicators.
• Identify opportunities from specification to project award.
• Recommend flooring solutions based on customer needs and projects.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and technical submissions with internal teams.
• Conduct site visits, product presentations and technical discussions with stakeholders.
• Manage sales pipeline and track project opportunities to meet targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and support.
• Provide technical support and follow up on enquiries and project issues.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and grow long-term accounts.
