Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd. is assisting a leading flooring solutions provider to recruit a Technical Sales Manager in Singapore. The role focuses on driving growth through strategic sales and technical support across flooring systems.

You will develop relationships with contractors, developers and distributors, manage key accounts, and lead a sales team to meet aggressive targets while collaborating with internal technical, operations and quality teams.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction, Building Materials, Business, or related field.
Experience in technical sales, construction chemicals, flooring systems or related B2B industries.
Strong understanding of Singapore's construction industry and project sales processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets for flooring solutions.
Identify and secure new customers, projects, applications and opportunities with contractors, developers and distributors.
Provide technical support through product presentations, site demonstrations, trials and consultations.
Manage key accounts, distributors and sales channels from enquiry to project award, monitor pipelines and pricing.
Lead and coach the sales team, set targets and review performance with internal teams.
