Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive growth of Flooring Solutions. This hands-on role blends technical sales, business development, project management and account management to win new opportunities and expand existing accounts.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in technical sales within construction materials or flooring, holds a Diploma or Degree in a related field, and is willing to travel to project sites across Singapore.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in technical sales in construction materials or flooring.
• Good understanding of construction projects and B2B sales processes.
• Singapore Class 3 driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development activities for the Flooring Solutions business in Singapore.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with main contractors, developers, architects, consultants and flooring applicators.
• Identify new business opportunities and follow projects from initial specification through to project award.
• Understand customer and project requirements and recommend suitable flooring solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and technical submissions in collaboration with internal teams.
• Conduct site visits, product presentations and technical discussions with customers and project stakeholders.
• Manage sales pipeline, track project opportunities and work towards quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer support.
• Provide technical support and follow up on customer enquiries, project issues and product requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and upcoming construction projects to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop long‑term accounts.
