LATICRETE SOUTH EAST ASIA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to drive sales growth for our Flooring Systems Division in Singapore. You will develop and execute sales and business development strategies, build relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and distributors, and deliver technical solutions through demonstrations and trials.

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Construction, Building Materials, Business, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in technical sales, construction chemicals, flooring systems, building materials, or related industries.
Strong understanding of the Singapore construction industry and technical solution selling.
Proven track record in sales, business development, and key account management.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Commercially driven with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute technical sales and business development strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and growth targets.
Identify and develop new customers, projects, applications, markets, and business opportunities within Singapore.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, applicators, distributors, and key decision-makers.
Provide technical solutions through product demonstrations, trials, specifications, troubleshooting, and value-based recommendations.
Manage key accounts, projects, distributors, and sales channels to maximise customer retention, business opportunities, and market share.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements to identify opportunities and support business strategies.
Work closely with Marketing, Technical, Operations, Finance, Quality, R&D, and Service teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team through training, field coaching, target setting, pipeline management, and performance reviews.
Promote a culture of customer focus, accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and integrity.
