Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic sales and business development professional based in Tuas, Singapore.

This role spans new business, product development, and account management to drive growth with manufacturers and distributors. You will research markets, establish vendor relationships, prepare proposals, and lead initiatives across marketing and trade shows while supporting overseas subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• A-Level, Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2-3 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in heavy equipment or construction.
• BD experience is an advantage, but candidates without direct BD experience may be considered.
• Technical background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• New Business & Product Development: Identify new business opportunities, products and markets via market research.
• Establish relationships with manufacturers/vendors and develop distributorships.
• Support setup and launch of new products/businesses.
• Sales & Account Development: Acquire new customers and grow existing accounts.
• Conduct customer/site visits to understand requirements and propose solutions.
• Prepare quotations and deliver product presentations.
• Drive sales volume, revenue, gross profit and margins.
• Maintain sales pipeline and quotation progress in CRM.
• Monitor sales performance, market share and competitor activities.
• Marketing & Market Development: Gather market intelligence and identify opportunities.
• Support trade shows, seminars, advertising and other product marketing activities.
• Strengthen product/brand presence in the market.
• Subsidiary Sales Support: Work with overseas subsidiaries to support sales growth.
• Provide sales leads, market intelligence and joint customer visits.
• Support sales teams with product/application knowledge and sales proposals.
• Review sales progress and develop action plans with subsidiaries.
