Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven sales/BD professional in Singapore to drive new business opportunities, product development and market expansion.

The role involves building relationships with manufacturers and vendors, preparing proposals and supporting launches. You will acquire new customers, expand existing accounts, conduct site visits, and deliver quotations and presentations to boost revenue, gross profit and margins.

Qualifications

• A-Level or Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the heavy equipment or construction industry.
• Business development experience is an advantage, but candidates without direct BD experience may also be considered.
• Technical background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• New Business & Product Development: Identify new business opportunities, products and markets; establish relationships with manufacturers/vendors; develop business proposals and support product launches.
• Sales & Account Development: Acquire new customers, grow existing accounts, visit customers and sites to understand requirements; prepare quotations and presentations; drive sales and margins; manage pipeline and CRM.
• Marketing & Market Development: Gather market intelligence, support trade shows and marketing activities; strengthen product/brand presence in the market.
• Subsidiary Sales Support: Coordinate with overseas subsidiaries to support growth; provide leads and market intelligence; review progress with subsidiaries.
