Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a sales-focused professional to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with manufacturers, and drive market development.

You will manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, and present product applications to clients. A background in heavy equipment or construction is preferred and candidates with BD experience will be given consideration. Working days are Monday to Friday with 8:30am–5pm hours, located in Tuas.

Qualifications

• A-Level or Diploma preferred.
• 2–3 years in sales/marketing, ideally in heavy equipment or construction.
• BD experience is an advantage, but candidates without direct BD experience may be considered.
• Technical background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities, products and markets through market research.
• Establish relationships with manufacturers/vendors and develop business proposals for new distributorships.
• Acquire new customers, grow existing accounts and conduct customer/site visits to assess requirements and propose solutions.
• Prepare quotations and deliver product/application presentations; drive sales, revenue and margins.
