Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Tuas, Singapore, invites a Senior / Sales Executive (Construction / Heavy Equipment) to join our growing team.

The role centers on new business development, expanding key accounts, and market development in construction and heavy equipment sectors. You will establish vendor relationships, prepare proposals, conduct site visits, and deliver product solutions while driving sales growth and margins.

Qualifications

• A-Level, Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally in heavy equipment or construction.
• BD experience is an advantage, but candidiates without direct BD experience may be considered.
• Technical background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• New Business & Product Development: identify opportunities, establish manufacturer/vendor relationships, develop distributorship proposals, support new products launch.
• Sales & Account Development: acquire customers, visit sites, prepare quotations and presentations, drive revenue and margins, manage CRM pipeline.
• Marketing & Market Development: gather market intelligence, support trade shows, strengthen product/brand presence.
• Subsidiary Sales Support: coordinate with overseas subsidiaries, provide leads, share market insights, assist with proposals and action plans.
