Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a sales and business development professional to drive new business, product development, and market expansion from our Tuas office.

You will identify opportunities, build vendor relationships, and support the launch of new products. You will manage accounts, visit customers and job sites, prepare quotations and proposals, and work with overseas subsidiaries to drive revenue, margins and market share.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in sales and marketing, ideally in heavy equipment or construction.
• A-Level or Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Business development experience is an advantage, but BD entrants may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities, products and markets through market research.
• Establish relationships with manufacturers/vendors and develop distributorships.
• Acquire new customers and grow existing accounts; conduct visits and prepare quotations.
• Support sales, product/application knowledge and joint customer visits with overseas subsidiaries.
• Gather market intelligence and help market product/brand presence.
