Overview

You should be well versed in Home/SME Finance functions, LOS, or Loan application domain to provide daily production support to Operations/Product users for seamless system functioning. Your role will involve analyzing and coordinating with various stakeholders to resolve reported issues, as well as implementing enhancements and projects with responsibility for Requirement Gathering, Approach finalization, and UAT, following a thorough knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

You will be responsible for preparing projects plans for all projects, monitoring, escalating, and updating stakeholders on progress. Additionally, you will deploy releases received from Vendors/Developers in the UAT environment for testing and coordinate with Vendors to resolve any issues. Your role will involve requirement writing, FSD/UD review, testing abilities in Web technology, Mobile technology & API based, test case preparation, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily production support to Operations/Product users to ensure seamless system functioning in Home/SME Finance, LOS, or Loan application domains.
• Analyze issues, coordinate with stakeholders, and implement enhancements and projects with responsibilities for Requirement Gathering, Approach finalization, and UAT in line with the SDLC.
• Prepare project plans, monitor progress, escalate when needed, and update stakeholders on project status.
• Deploy releases from Vendors/Developers in the UAT environment for testing and coordinate with Vendors to resolve issues.
• Write requirements, review FSD/UD, and conduct testing across Web, Mobile, and API-based technologies; prepare and execute test cases.
• Update project status in the Project tracker and follow Change Management processes for all projects.
• Demonstrate good communication, basic programming knowledge, SQL query skills, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
