This role involves technical documentation, product and data management, client liaison, and after‑sales support. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate technical specifications and supplier quotations to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Provide technical support in preparing engineering drawings and specifications.
• Liaise with clients to clarify technical requirements and project scope.
• Conduct site inspections, equipment installations, permit applications, and testing when required.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive technical database and product information library.
• Update and manage product pricing, technical datasheets, and material specifications.
• Coordinate with suppliers to source raw materials, components, and equipment for marine projects.
• Manage after‑sales technical support, warranty claims, and service issues.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve technical problems efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant hands‑on experience in similar roles within marine, industrial, or engineering support industries.
• Proficiency in CAD software and technical drawing interpretation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
