Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team on any pre-sales inquiries
• Provide professional technical support to our customers
• Perform product testing to better understand our products
• Provide trainings to both our internal staffs and our customers
• Carry out professional after-sales support duties such as troubleshooting and warranty claim

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic or equivalent
• Team player, fast learner, and able to work independently
• Working experience in CCTV, Door Access and Solar products will be advantageous

• 5 days work week (9:00–18:00, Mon–Fri)
• Work location: Bukit Batok
