Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Technology Support Lead in its Commercial & Investment Bank in Singapore to oversee production services, ensure stability, availability and performance, and lead incident response across full-stack systems.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining IT services.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Experience with AI-assisted production operations workflows and data sensitivity awareness.
Experience managing applications or infrastructure in large-scale environments (on Prem + Public Cloud).
Proficient in observability and monitoring tools and ITIL processes.
Knowledge of Linux/UNIX, SQL, and common development tools.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end service delivery for production operations.
Monitor production environments for anomalies and ensure stability.
Escalate and communicate issues to stakeholders and drive incident resolution.
Lead incident, problem, and change management for full-stack systems.
Apply AI-assisted practices to identify recurring issues and validate remediation actions.
