Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Singapore seeks a Technology Support Lead to guide the Employee Platforms Production Management team.

You will lead production operations, oversee incident management, change control, and ensure stability across on-premises and public cloud services, with a focus on rapid triage and reliable user experiences. The role requires 5+ years in change or service management, strong AI validation practices, and experience operating in large-scale technology environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience in Change management or Service management with incident resolution and IT services.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support production operations with validation and data-sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted incident recommendations before action and escalate when needed.
• Experience managing applications or infrastructure in large-scale tech environments on premises and in public cloud.
• Proficient in observability and monitoring tools and ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Leads team adoption of enterprise AI capabilities to improve incident triage speed and consistency with human-in-the-loop validation.
• Execute Change Management policies to ensure stability and availability across full stack systems.
• Monitor production environments for changes, analyze anomalies, and communicate issues to stakeholders.
• Apply AI-assisted practices to identify recurring interruption patterns and validate remediation actions.
