Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HR professional focused on talent acquisition and HR operations.

You will liaise with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, and coordinate interviews and offers, while helping to develop sourcing strategies and maintain a strong talent pipeline. You will support onboarding, employee engagement, and HR initiatives across the lifecycle, including regional collaboration, policy guidance, and ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience with a focus on talent acquisition.
• IT industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities by liaising with hiring managers, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with offer negotiations.
• Assist in developing sourcing strategies and maintaining a talent pipeline for vacancies.
• Coordinate with regional HR teams to support headcount planning and recruitment activities.
• Organise employee engagement activities such as team bonding sessions and town halls.
• Prepare EDMs and internal communications to support HR initiatives.
• Coordinate learning and development activities, including workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers and offboarding.
• Respond to employees' HR enquiries and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
• Assist with HR process improvements and ad-hoc HR projects.
• Perform other HR-related duties and cross-functional tasks as assigned.

• Coordinate with regional HR teams to support headcount planning and recruitment activities.
• Assist in organising employee engagement activities, such as team bonding sessions, town halls and recognition events.
• Prepare EDMs and internal communication materials to support HR initiatives and employee engagement.
• Coordinate learning and development activities, including workshops, learning materials and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal transfers and offboarding.
• Respond to employees' HR-related enquiries and provide guidance on relevant policies and procedures.
• Assist with HR process improvements, automation initiatives and ad-hoc HR projects.
• Perform other HR-related duties and cross-functional tasks as assigned.
