Job summary

XCELLINK PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from manpower planning to onboarding.

You will source top tech talent across software engineers, data analysts, cloud/infrastructure, and cybersecurity roles through LinkedIn Recruiter and various channels. You will partner with engineering leaders to understand complex technical requirements, maintain clean ATS pipelines, and provide market insights on IT salaries and hiring trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, BA, CS or related field.
• 4+ years IT recruitment with proven track record.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and IT job profiles.
• Proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning and job scoping to sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Source specialized tech talent-such as software engineers, data analysts, cloud/infrastructure specialists, and cybersecurity professionals-using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, tech communities, and headhunting channels.
• Partner closely with engineering managers, product leads, and IT directors to understand complex technical skill requirements and team scaling needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track key metrics like time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
• Deliver a transparent, engaging candidate journey from initial outreach through feedback and post-offer follow-up.
• Provide hiring managers with up-to-date market insights on IT salary benchmarks, talent availability, and competitor hiring trends.
• Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to local employment regulations and Tripartite Fair Employment Practices (TAFEP).

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on recruitment or talent acquisition experience, with a proven track record specifically in IT or technology recruitment.
• Strong understanding of modern technical stacks, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and IT job profiles.
• Proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder influencing, negotiation, and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
