The Role:

The teacher will report directly to the Principal (Academic) and play a key role in preparing and supporting students for admissions into government schools in Singapore and realise their academic potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, prepare and deliver engaging lessons in English, Mathematics and Science.
• Assess and monitor students’ learning progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes participation and creativity.
• Communicate regularly with parents to discuss students’ progress and achievements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Mathematics, Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience, preferably with AEIS, primary/secondary school curriculum, or international school teaching experience.
• Strong subject‑matter expertise in English, Mathematics, and/or Science.
• Familiarity with MOE syllabus, AEIS exam format and assessment requirements (advantage but not compulsory).
• Excellent classroom management skills and ability to motivate and engage with students.
• Excellent communication skills and organisational skills.
• Passion in teaching and commitment to student success.
