Zusammenfassung

BOSEN HR PTE. LTD. seeks a receptionist for multi-site operations (Tampines, Tanah Merah, Sembawang, Yishun). You will manage front-desk tasks, patient registration, appointments, billing, and general clinic administration while ensuring MOH/TCM guideline compliance.

Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal and communication skills, basic computer literacy, and a customer-service mindset; healthcare or customer service experience is a plus. Working hours are 10.30am–8.30pm.

Qualifikationen

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, clinic management systems).
• Customer service mindset.
• Experience in healthcare or customer service setting will be an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Attend to phone calls and visitors at the front desk.
• Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling.
• Assist with billing and payment collection.
• Maintain accurate patient/clinical data records.
• Restock and maintain clinic supplies; stock taking.
• Prepare treatment rooms for consultations and procedures (acupuncture, tuina, or herbal medicines).
• Comply with MOH and TCM regulatory guidelines.
• Perform general administrative duties as directed by the operations manager and physicians.
