Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Relevant experience in TCM, healthcare, clinic administration or customer service will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organised and customer-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates with relevant healthcare or TCM clinic experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operations and administration of the clinic.
• Handle patient registration, appointments and enquiries.
• Provide good customer service and assist patients with general clinic procedures.
• Maintain patient records and administrative documentation.
• Assist the TCM practitioners with non-clinical tasks.
• Coordinate appointments, payments and general clinic matters.
• Assist with inventory, supplies and clinic facilities.
• Support marketing, customer service and business development activities.
• Ensure the clinic is maintained in a professional and welcoming environment.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as required.
