Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform receptionist duties (phone, visitors).
• Maintain clinic facilities and cleanliness.
• Front-desk duties: patient registration, appointments, billing, inquiries.
• Handle TCM-related insurance/corporate scheme claims and filing.
• Assist physicians in preparing treatment rooms for consultations and therapies.
• Comply with MOH and TCM regulatory guidelines.
• Be deployed among 2+ clinic locations as required.

Job description

OUE Healthcare is seeking service-oriented and committed individuals to join our group’s TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) clinics. Our clinic assistants play a critical role in delivering quality care and services to our patients and ensuring the smooth running of daily clinic operations. Theideal candidate enjoys interacting with patients and has the ability tomultitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform receptionist duties (e.g. attend to phone calls/visitors).
• Upkeep clinic facilities/premise, including ensure overall cleanliness of clinic.
• Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties such as patient registration, appointments, billing/payment collection, attend to enquiries, etc.
• Perform administrative duties such as TCM-related insurance/corporate scheme claims, maintain filing system, maintain accurate patient/clinical data records, accounts settlement, maintain clinic supplies, stock taking, etc
• Assist physicians in preparing treatment rooms for consultation, acupuncture, Tuina, or herbal medicine dispensing.
• Comply with clinic procedures in adherence to MOH and TCM regulatory guidelines.
• Any other tasks as directed by the operations manager or Physicians

Requirements:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to speak Mandarin to handle mandarin‑speaking patients and read medicine labels in Chinese
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, clinic management systems)
• Customer service mindset
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in healthcare or customer service setting will be an advantage
• Able to commit to 5.5day work week (Mon to Fri full day and Sat half day)
• Comfortable with deployment among 2 or more clinic locations, when required
