Job summary

SYT Traditional Chinese Medical Pte. Ltd. is seeking a friendly front desk assistant to greet patients, manage registrations, schedule appointments, process payments and maintain accurate records. You will provide operational support to the clinic team and ensure a smooth daily workflow.

Maintain hygiene of reception and treatment areas, restock supplies, assist physicians, and stay adaptable to busy clinic sessions with professional patient service.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Service-oriented and comfortable interacting with patients.
• Responsible, reliable and willing to learn.
• Comfortable performing hands-on duties, including housekeeping.
• Comfortable standing and moving around for extended periods during clinic sessions.
• Able to follow procedures and instructions carefully.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner at the reception.
• Register patients, schedule appointments and manage enquiries.
• Process payments and issue receipts accurately.
• Maintain patient records and clinic administrative data.
• Support insurance-related administration where applicable.
• Restock and organize clinic supplies and treatment areas.
• Assist physicians with operational duties as required.
