Job summary

OUE Healthcare is seeking service-oriented individuals to join our TCM clinics. The roles involve front-desk duties, patient registration, billing, and assisting physicians in preparing treatment rooms for consultations and therapies.

We value good interpersonal skills and Mandarin proficiency to communicate with patients. The position requires basic computer literacy, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment across multiple clinic locations.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to speak Mandarin to handle mandarin-speaking patients.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, clinic management systems).
• Customer service mindset.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in healthcare or customer service setting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform receptionist duties (phone, visitors).
• Maintain clinic facilities and cleanliness.
• Front-desk duties: patient registration, appointments, billing, inquiries.
• Handle TCM-related insurance/corporate scheme claims and filing.
• Assist physicians in preparing treatment rooms for consultations and therapies.
• Comply with MOH and TCM regulatory guidelines.
• Be deployed among 2+ clinic locations as required.
