Job summary

HashKey Group is seeking a hands-on HR generalist in Singapore to own the recruitment lifecycle and partner with business leaders. You will source, interview, and onboard talent while also handling day-to-day HR operations and records.

This role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and a practical, can-do mindset in a fast-paced environment. Experience in APAC HR and employment law across Singapore and Hong Kong is highly valued, and knowledge of the finance sector will help

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience with a strong track record in end-to-end recruitment
• In-depth understanding of business metrics and talent market intelligence in traditional finance industry
• Solid knowledge of employment law and HR practices across APAC, especially Hong Kong and Singapore

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle across functions—from intake and role calibration to sourcing, interviewing, offer, and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, search strategy, and calibrate candidates
• Proactively source candidates through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and multiple channels and platforms; interview and make recommendations
• Conduct talent mapping and build/maintain talent pipelines for specialized and senior roles across the region
• Track pipeline progress and hiring metrics, propose hiring directions based on market intelligence and business needs
• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for employees and managers on routine people matters
• Deliver onboarding orientation for new hires and run compliance checks and documentation
• Help keep HR records, documentation, and processes in good order as the organization scales
