Job summary

HKM HR MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition professional in Singapore to manage end-to-end recruitment, collaborate with hiring managers, and source candidates through portals and events.

You will also oversee onboarding, documentation, and HR operations, ensuring compliance and a positive candidate experience. The role requires 2–3 years in Talent Acquisition/HR Operations, familiarity with Singapore employment law, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business or related field.
• 2–3 years of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations experience.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment law and HR practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Sourcing candidates proactively through portals, referrals and events.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from profiling to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers on manpower requirements.
• Source candidates via portals, referrals, agencies, career fairs and campus drives.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding including work passes.
• Maintain accurate records and HR documentation.
• Support day-to-day HR operations including leave and benefits.
• Handle staff inquiries, disciplinary matters and grievances.
• Improve recruitment and onboarding processes and support compliance.
