Job summary

TALENT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Human Resource Generalist (Recruitment) in Singapore to manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

The role requires hands-on experience in talent acquisition and knowledge of local employment laws, with a focus on building a strong candidate pipeline. Based in Tuas, the position offers regular hours from Monday to Friday, a collaborative HR team, and opportunities to contribute to manpower planning and recruitment activities while

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, BA, or related field.
• Experience in talent acquisition or HR administration.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Source suitable candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support manpower planning and recruitment activities.
• Maintain a good candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Perform other ad hoc HR duties assigned.
