Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Business Partner to guide end-to-end recruitment, onboard/offboard processes, and employee relations in a dynamic Singapore team. You will collaborate with HODs and external agencies to build a strong talent pipeline and brand presence.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in HR with at least 2 years of HRBP experience, excellent communication, and multitasking ability. SAP/SAP SuccessFactors experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree/Post Graduate qualification in HR Management or related fields with at least 2 years of HR experience in HR Business Partnering.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including presentation skills.
• Good organization and interpersonal abilities.
• Meticulous with initiative and resourcefulness.
• Self-driven with ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HODs and Team Leads to manage end-to-end recruitment: talent acquisition form, sourcing, interviewing, salary proposals, onboarding and offboarding.
• Collaborate with agencies to run recruitment drives and enhance employer branding and talent pipelines.
• Handle employee relations: disciplinaries, grievances, performance improvement plans, engagement issues.
• Provide timely advice on HR policies to improve communication, engagement and performance.
• Facilitate staff engagement meetings and minute-taking.
• Manage work pass applications/ renewals for foreign hires.
• Support performance management reviews and HRIS implementation/testing.
• Assist with HR projects, surveys and admin tasks as needed.
