Job summary

HKM HR MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR leader to guide the HRBP team in talent acquisition and HR advisory in Singapore. You will partner with business units on manpower planning and recruitment strategies, and manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

The role focuses on driving employer branding, candidate experience, and continuous recruitment improvements, while monitoring KPIs, timelines, costs and supporting comprehensive HR operations and compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, business or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of HR experience in Talent Acquisition and HRBP.
• Experience supervising/coaching HR team members.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR compliance.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide HRBP team in talent acquisition and HR advisory.
• Partner with business units on manpower planning and recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Drive employer branding, candidate experience and recruitment improvements.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, hiring timelines and costs.
• Support HR operations and employee lifecycle matters, including work passes, onboarding, benefits, performance, retention and employee relations.
• Develop and improve HR policies, SOPs and compliance practices.
• Coach and develop HR team members.
• Lead HR digitalisation and automation projects to improve efficiency and employee experience.
