Job summary

HKDAG (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an abroad-based HR generalist who thrives on recruiting while partnering with the business to run core HR operations. This hands-on role will own the full recruitment lifecycle and act as a go-to HR contact for the team.

You will source, interview, and onboard, while collaborating with hiring managers to calibrate roles and strategies. The position requires experience in APAC HR, especially HK and SG, and a proactive, self-directed mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in end-to-end recruitment
• Strong business metrics and market intelligence
• APAC HR practices with focus on HK & SG
• Excellent communication with senior managers
• Hands-on, self-directed in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Own full recruitment lifecycle across functions from intake to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and search strategy
• Proactively source candidates through direct outreach and referrals
• Conduct candidate interviews and make recommendations on capabilities and culture
• Build talent pipelines for senior roles across the APAC region
• Track pipeline progress and hiring metrics; propose direction and profiles
• Serve as day-to-day contact for employees and managers on routine matters
• Deliver onboarding and ensure compliance checks and documentation
• Maintain HR records and processes as the organization scales
