Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment, collaborate with hiring managers, and drive HR process improvements. The role involves onboarding, offboarding, and stakeholder engagement across a dynamic environment in Singapore.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in HR/recruitment, a Bachelor's degree, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR/recruitment experience.
• Experience in financial or public sector is advantageous.
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, resourceful and self-driven approach.
• High adaptability and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements and advise on strategies.
• Build partnerships with external entities and recruitment agencies.
• Manage onboarding processes for smooth new-hire integration.
• Oversee exit procedures including exit interviews and offboarding logistics.
• Identify and implement improvements in recruitment and HR processes using technology.
• Administer employee lifecycle processes with accurate record-keeping.
