Job summary

SEA Singapore is seeking an HR professional to partner with hiring managers and manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and offers.

You will build talent pipelines, support employer branding, and engage candidates actively. The role also covers planning employee engagement activities, internal events, and collaboration with vendors to deliver meaningful experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, psychology, or related field.
• Prefer 2+ years in HR, recruitment, or employee engagement.
• Understanding of HR processes; tech industry experience a plus.
• People-focused with strong service mindset and integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and manage end-to-end recruitment.
• Source, screen, interview coordination, selection, and offer processes.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines via online platforms, market research, referrals, and campus events.
• Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
• Plan, coordinate and execute employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver meaningful experiences.
• Draft and edit internal communications and HR materials.
• Maintain HR records and prepare recruitment and engagement reports.
