EQUE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Learning and Development Specialist to design and deliver talent development programmes that boost employee capabilities and align with business goals. You will identify training needs, develop engaging materials, and coordinate onboarding and professional development initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and a focus on continuous improvement to drive organisational growth and performance.

Qualifications

Must be people-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Diploma holder or higher required.
Professional and proactive with results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

Design and implement talent development programmes to boost employee capabilities and support growth.
Identify learning needs across teams via performance reviews, feedback and skills gap analysis.
Develop engaging training materials, workshops and resources for varied roles and levels.
Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, onboarding programmes and professional development initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness using assessments and performance data.
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to align development with business goals.
Build strong talent pipelines and support career progression for high-potential employees.
Stay updated on L&D trends to continuously improve programme quality and impact.
