• Plan and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and learning journeys.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify team development needs and training gaps.
• Manage scheduling, venue arrangements (virtual and physical), and training materials.
• Track attendance, collect feedback, and monitor training effectiveness and outcomes.
• Create engaging training communications and learning content for participants.
• Assist internal trainers and coordinate with external facilitators.
