Job summary

Borouge PTE is seeking a capable head of Learning & Development to oversee learning, competency development and internship programs. The role will partner with regional leadership to design, implement and monitor training and talent development strategies aligned with business needs.

The incumbent will drive policies, audits, and LMS enhancements to build a strong learning organisation and contribute to succession planning and leadership development across the function.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development, competency development and internship management.
• Ability to design, develop, implement and monitor training programs and policies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and audits to improve training effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Identify development needs and translate them into learning interventions.
• Review Training Needs Analysis and propose organisation development solutions.
• Manage training plans, budgets, roadmaps and programs for continuous improvement.
• Enhance Learning Management System to support a Learning Organisation.
• Develop and maintain competency frameworks and assessment processes.
• Support in internship programs and collaboration with universities.
• Assist leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
