Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Learning, Development & Engagement Executive to design and facilitate learning programmes and strengthen leadership capability. You will partner with business leaders to drive employee experience and culture initiatives, spanning onboarding, coaching and career development.

The role focuses on building practical learning solutions, coordinating L&D operations and measuring impact to deliver tangible improvements across teams and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Learning, Development & Employee Engagement experience.
• Ability to partner with business leaders and HR.
• Drive employee experience and culture initiatives.
• Experience with L&D operations and LMS management.

Responsibilities

• Identify capability and development needs with Managers, HODs and business teams.
• Design and facilitate practical, engaging and experiential learning programmes.
• Support onboarding, continuous learning, mentoring, coaching and career development.
• Develop managers' capabilities in coaching, feedback and people leadership.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve programmes based on feedback and business needs.
• Develop initiatives that strengthen employee connection, wellbeing and workplace community.
• Create opportunities for employees across different teams to connect, collaborate and learn.
• Drive employee experience initiatives and translate feedback into practical improvements.
• Embed organisational values and service behaviours through learning and engagement activities.
• Develop capabilities around customer experience, service recovery, relationship building and hospitality.
• Partner Managers, HODs and the People team to understand business and people priorities.
• Facilitate cross-functional learning and collaboration.
• Support performance, talent, succession and career development initiatives.
• Provide ideas and recommendations to strengthen employee and organisational capabilities.
• Manage learning requirements, LMS records, participation and compliance.
• Coordinate external training providers.
• Track L&D expenditure, participation, feedback and learning effectiveness.
• Analyse employee feedback and learning data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide L&D, engagement and capability insights to HR leadership.
