VDL ENABLING TECHNOLOGIES GROUP (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

You will coordinate interviews, screen resumes, manage candidate communications, and ensure timely delivery across multiple requisitions in a fast-paced corporate environment. You will develop recruitment strategies, source candidates through diverse channels, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related discipline.
• Experience in handling high-volume recruitment is preferred, ideally within a corporate HR environment.
• Strong capability in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Knowledge on Fair Employment Practices, ensuring recruitment activities are compliant with local guidelines.
• Hands-on experience with work pass applications and administration.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions while ensuring quality of hire and timely delivery.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
