You will partner with hiring managers, manage interview processes, conduct background checks, prepare contracts, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. The role emphasizes data-driven recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and maintaining accurate HR records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, psychology or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR and/or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and HR operations.
• Experience in a regional or multinational environment is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate candidate assessment processes.
• Conduct reference and background checks where applicable.
• Manage offer preparation and employment documentation.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and hiring quality.
• Enhance employer branding initiatives and candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare employment contracts, addendums, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administer employee leave, attendance, and benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment legislation.
• Coordinate work pass, visa, and employment-related requirements where applicable.

Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, performance management, and talent development initiatives. This role plays a key part in attracting, hiring, engaging, and retaining top talent while ensuring HR policies and practices are implemented effectively and in compliance with company and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Education

Experience

• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Experience handling HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Experience in a regional or multinational environment is an advantage.
