Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team and lead end-to-end recruitment to support business hiring needs. You will partner with hiring managers to define candidate requirements, source, screen, and calibrate candidates, and build talent pipelines while enhancing the candidate experience and employer branding through events and outreach.

With 5+ years in recruitment, you excel in communication, stakeholder engagement, and managing multiple assignments

About you

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative team player.
• Experience in direct sourcing and talent mapping will be advantageous.
