Talent Acquisition Specialist (1 Year Contract)

Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in supporting the organization's talent acquisition strategy by partnering with business leaders to understand workforce planning requirements and attract top-tier talent. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition APAC and operating within the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE), this role is responsible for delivering effective recruitment solutions and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a diverse and highly qualified talent pool for current vacancies and future hiring needs.
• Provide strategic recruitment consultation and recommendations to hiring managers to strengthen candidate pipelines.
• Design and execute targeted recruitment marketing initiatives, including the management of online job advertisements and sourcing campaigns.
• Utilize social media platforms and digital channels to enhance employer branding and attract high-quality talent.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Manage and deliver a positive candidate experience across all stages of the recruitment process, from attraction and screening through to selection and offer.
• Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and Regional HR Consultants, providing timely updates on recruitment progress and candidate status.
• Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics and market trends, making data-driven recommendations to improve hiring effectiveness.
• Advise Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders on labor market conditions, talent availability, and competitive compensation practices.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies related to sourcing, hiring, and staffing practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Advanced qualifications are advantageous.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively engage with employees and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven, proactive, and customer-focused approach with a high level of initiative, adaptability, and flexibility.
