Location: Remote / APAC

Employment Type: 6-month contract (potential to convert fulltime)

The Role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team on a 6-month contract, with the possibility to convert to a full‑time role based on performance and business needs. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers across functions to identify, attract, and engage world‑class talent in engineering, product, growth, and operations — all within the fast‑evolving Web3 space.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategies.
  • Source, approach, and engage candidates through creative channels — including LinkedIn, crypto communities, Twitter/X, and Web3 networks.
  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles, from outreach and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical and non‑technical roles (e.g. engineering, product, growth, operations, ecosystem).
  • Leverage data to optimize sourcing strategies and hiring funnel performance.
  • Ensure a seamless, transparent, and high‑touch candidate experience aligned with our decentralized culture.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in the Web3 industry.
  • Proven success sourcing globally distributed or remote talent.
  • Familiarity with Web3, blockchain, or crypto‑native communities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data‑driven mindset with ability to use ATS and analytics tools effectively.
