RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is looking for a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for diverse SME, MNC & startup clients in Singapore.

You will source, screen, and interview candidates, coordinating closely with hiring managers to fulfil manpower needs while maintaining a robust talent pipeline. The role emphasizes candidate experience, timely communications, and accurate recruitment records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Good sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and major job portals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
• Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Handle offer discussions and recruitment documentation.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

• Up till $3,500 basic + Up to 2 months bonus
• Work Location: Venture Drive
• Work time: 5-day work week, Mon-Fri, 9:00AM-6:00PM
