Job summary

OSG Containers and Modular Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive recruitment specialist to support hiring managers across manpower planning, job description maintenance and vacancy publishing. You will source candidates, screen applications and coordinate interviews, while keeping diligent records and timely candidate follow-up.

In this role you will drive reference checks where needed, prepare offers and maintain talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is preferred.
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
• Prepare and maintain job descriptions.
• Publish vacancies through appropriate recruitment channels.
• Source candidates proactively rather than relying solely on job advertisements.
• Screen applications and identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screening.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate status and recruitment records.
• Follow up candidates promptly throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct reference/background checks where required.
• Prepare offers and coordinate with HR Administration for employment documentation.
• Maintain talent pipelines for frequently recruited positions.
• Build relationships with recruitment agencies, schools and other talent sources.
• Track recruitment costs and channel effectiveness.
• Support employer-branding and recruitment campaigns.
• Analyse recruitment data including time-to-hire, source effectiveness and candidate conversion.
• Improve recruitment processes through automation and digital tools.
• Support recruitment for Singapore and overseas teams where required.
