SIGMA CABLE COMPANY (PRIVATE) LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring processes across manufacturing environments.

You will work with hiring managers to forecast manpower needs, source candidates through multiple channels, coordinate interviews and reference checks, and maintain trackers while ensuring MOM requirements and fair recruiting practices.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
• Familiar with Singapore recruitment platforms and MOM requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and hiring coordination.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand and fulfil manpower requirements within agreed timelines.
• Proactively source suitable candidates for vacant positions through various recruitment channels.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews, reference checks and pre-employment arrangements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and fair recruitment practices.
• Support recruitment-related initiatives and process improvements.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and direct candidate sourcing.
• Familiar with Singapore recruitment platforms and MOM employment requirements.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Resourceful, proactive, results-driven and able to work independently.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and work effectively under tight deadlines.
