Job summary

West Sirius Industries is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Executive to support recruitment across our group, covering SEA, EU, LATAM, MEA. You will hire across fintech, payments, IoT and semiconductor manufacturing, coordinating interviews across multiple time zones.

The role requires 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to work with diverse hiring managers and cultures. Singaporean candidates are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience hiring in Singapore; overseas recruitment exposure is a plus.
• Strong sourcing skills and confidence in direct outreach.

We’re looking for a hands‑on Talent Acquisition Executive to support recruitment across our group, covering SEA, EU, LATAM, MEA. You’ll hire across different businesses, including fintech, payments, IoT and semiconductor manufacturing.

Scope

• Manage recruitment from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers and joining.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, direct outreach and recruitment partners.
• Assess candidates’ experience, motivation, communication and suitability for the role.
• Coordinate interviews across countries and time zones, keeping candidates and hiring managers updated.
• Support offer discussions and follow up with candidates through acceptance and joining.
• Maintain a clear hiring tracker, flag delays and suggest ways to improve candidate response and hiring progress.

What we’re looking for

• Around 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, in‑house or with an agency.
• Experience hiring in Singapore; exposure to overseas recruitment is an advantage.
• Strong sourcing skills and confidence approaching candidates directly.
• Good judgement when assessing candidates, with the ability to look beyond the CV.
• Organised and dependable, with consistent follow-through across multiple vacancies.
• Comfortable working with different hiring managers, cultures and levels of seniority.
• Willing to handle both professional and plant recruitment. Manufacturing or blue‑collar hiring experience is an advantage.
• Clear communication and the confidence to ask questions, flag concerns and recommend a better approach.
